Sub-processor List

As part of our commitment to transparency and compliance with our Data Processing Addendum (DPA), Lume AI, Inc. maintains this Sub-processor List to inform our clients and partners about the third parties we engage with to process covered data.

Current Sub-processors

Lume AI, Inc. currently uses the following Sub-processors to assist in delivering our services:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS): Cloud computing services used for hosting, data storage, and computing resources.
• OpenAI: Artificial intelligence services, including natural language processing and machine learning capabilities.
• Weaviate: An open-source search engine powered by machine learning, providing vector search and storage capabilities for enabling advanced search features and data analysis.

Notification of Changes

In accordance with our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), Lume AI, Inc. will provide at least fifteen (15) days' notice of any proposed changes to the Sub-processors we use to process covered data. Such notices will be provided by updating this Sub-processor List on our website.

Clients and partners are encouraged to visit this page periodically to stay informed of any changes to our list of Sub-processors.
